What We Do

Being a part of this internship means you are getting hands-on experience, we bring our interns onto actual productions with real a1t clients. Along with all the other benefits of being an ra intern, you also get business experience, tips and tricks for starting your own production, and an all-around comprehensive look at the world of production and the technology used within it. Our goal is to help you find what you love whether it is production, sound, lighting, editing, etc.

The Business

The business aspect of this internship starts out with a meeting to see if you have the desire or willingness to learn about production. Once we decide that you are a good fit, you get a custom-made A1T Productions & Photography Inc. T-shirt and will be brought along on jobs with real clients of ours. During these jobs, you will have the ability to learn what it is like to produce photos and videos for various events, the positions available within different events, and the financial aspect of productions. We encourage all questions and will be able to help you to find the best deals on the equipment you want to get.

The Equipment

Members of the RA internship program have the ability to use and rent our equipment for free. We teach you how to use all the gear we own, and to give back, when you have your own productions we let our interns use our gear. The catch is the more you work with us the better gear you have access to. After graduation, we still let interns use the gear they need at an extremely discounted rate.

The Graduation

This program is tailored to your talents, after graduation, you will receive a certificate of completion that you can show to clients showcasing your abilities in your chosen profession. But before all of that, there will be a final test to prove you know what you are doing.

Jeremy Hernandez

President/CEO - A1T Productions & Photography Inc.

Jeremy Hernandez, the owner, and operator of A1T Productions & Photography Inc. is also the main teacher of the internship program. After working with Ricardo and being inspired by his passion and dedication to his art, Jeremy wanted to share his knowledge and experiences with others who were equally as passionate about the world of production. That along with a desire to give back to his community inspired the RA internship program.

Ricardo Aguilar

Production Owner

Ricardo was the first intern to work with A1T Productions & Photography Inc., way before it was A1T Productions & Photography Inc., with dreams of starting his own production business, which he, after interning with us, successfully did. He was a great student, one who was eager to learn and do whatever it took to succeed. Although Ricardo is no longer with us, his memory lives on as the official namesake of this internship. We dedicate the RA internship to teaching anyone willing to learn about the world of production and all the various jobs within it. Inspired by Ricardo and his passion for video and all things camera, we want his legacy to live on here at A1T Productions & Photography Inc. RicardoMedia (his business) made a huge impact on the car industry in the videography world and we are honored to have been a part of it.

Rakeem Battle

Camera Operator

Rakeem Battle is the latest intern to work here at the RA before opening it up to the public. Rakeem is an intelligent, hard worker who we enjoy teaching and having around. His passion for all things video inspires us to continue teaching.

Jordan Ruzic

Videographer - Freelance

Jordan is the 3rd installment to the internship program, he joined the program to become a freelance camera operator. He has grown so much and we are proud to see all that he has been able to accomplish so far.

Nayeli Villagrana

Nayeli is the first and thus far only photography intern we have had the privilege of working with. She is a quick learner and loves what she does, she is easy to work with and always a joy to be around. She takes amazing photos and our clients are always happy with her work.
